Managing billing and cancellations
Update payment methods, review charges, and cancel a subscription.
Where billing lives
Subscription and billing are managed from Premium settings. Sign in as the plan owner to see your current plan and manage your subscription.
Updating payment information
From the Premium tab you can open the secure billing portal (powered by Stripe) to update your card or payment method.
Canceling a subscription
You can cancel from the Premium tab’s billing portal. Cancellation stops future charges; access typically continues until the end of the current billing period. If you’re trying to delete your account, cancel any active subscription first.
Receipts and charge questions
Stripe emails receipts to the address on file. If a charge looks unfamiliar, check whether another family member is the plan owner. For billing help, email hello@bigthinkers.ai with the account email and the date of the charge.
