Terms of Service

These are the terms of using Big Thinkers. We've tried to keep them short and plain-spoken. If anything here is unclear, email us at hi@bigthinkers.ai.

Your account

Big Thinkers accounts are for one household. You're responsible for keeping your password secure. One subscription covers your immediate family, including multiple children.

Subscriptions and billing

Our plans are billed monthly or annually. When you start your trial, your card is authorized but not charged until the trial ends. If you cancel before the trial ends, you're never charged. After that, your subscription renews automatically until you cancel it.

Cancellation

You can cancel anytime from your account settings. No contracts, no cancellation fees, no hoops. When you cancel, you'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.

Acceptable use

Big Thinkers is a family product. Please use it as intended. Don't share your account credentials outside your household. Don't scrape, copy, or redistribute our lessons. Don't use the community to harass others or post content inappropriate for a family audience.

Content ownership

Our lessons, activities, and copy belong to Big Thinkers. The work your child creates with AI during an activity belongs to your family. You can share it, keep it, or throw it away.

Limitation of liability

Big Thinkers is an educational product. We're not responsible for content generated by external AI tools (like ChatGPT) during your activities. We do our best to design activities that work within those tools' safety settings, but AI tools sometimes produce unexpected output — which is actually part of what kids learn to handle.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a material way, we'll email you. The “last updated” date at the top will reflect the most recent change.
