How Big Thinkers protects child privacy
Age screening, parental consent, and privacy defaults for young learners.
Age screening first
Every new learner completes a neutral age question before we collect personal information. This lets us apply the right privacy rules from the start.
Stronger protections for under-13 learners
Children under 13 require verifiable parental consent before we collect personal data beyond the age screen. Under-13 accounts also receive stricter defaults, including limits on data collection and sharing.
No behavioral advertising to children
Big Thinkers does not run targeted or behavioral advertising to child users. We do not sell student data.
