Requesting data review or deletion
How to export or delete a child's personal information, or request a review.
Export your data
Signed-in accounts can download their data from Settings under the Account tab. Use the Export data option to download a copy of the account’s information.
Delete an account
The same Account tab includes a Delete account option, which permanently removes the account and its associated data. If the account has an active subscription, cancel it from the Premium tab first.
Parent requests
Parents and guardians can request to review, correct, or delete personal information collected from a child’s account, subject to legal retention requirements. Email hello@bigthinkers.ai from the address associated with the account and tell us what you’d like us to do.
What to expect
We verify that a request comes from an authorized parent or guardian before making changes. Deletion is permanent for the requested data within our stated retention policy. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
