What happens after the 3-day trial?
Your card is charged for the plan you selected. You can cancel at any time before the trial ends and you'll never be charged. After that, you can cancel anytime from your account settings.
Do you offer a refund if I change my mind?
We don't offer refunds after your first billing period, but you can cancel anytime and you won't be charged again. We prefer to keep pricing simple and honest rather than add fine print.
Is there a discount for homeschool co-ops or larger families?
One subscription covers your immediate family, including multiple kids. For co-ops and group purchases, email us at hi@bigthinkers.ai and we'll work something out.
Which AI tools do I need to pay for separately?
None, usually. Free tiers of ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or Copilot work for almost every activity. If an activity needs a paid tier, we'll say so upfront.
