Managing your family plan
Invite family members to your Premium plan, manage seats, and see who is connected.
Where family management lives
Family plans are managed from Premium settings. Sign in as the plan owner to get started.
Inviting family members
If your plan includes multiple seats, the Premium tab shows a Family seats section where the plan owner can:
- See how many seats are reserved out of your seat limit.
- Invite another account by email.
- Remove a member or cancel a pending invitation.
Each person you invite receives an email with a link to join. They accept the invitation and use their own Big Thinkers account — the owner continues to manage billing.
Adding a child to your family
Each learner needs their own student account. Create one at Sign up for students, then invite that account to your family plan from the Premium tab.
Who manages billing
Only the plan owner manages seats and billing. Invited members use their own accounts and don’t see billing controls.
