Updating account and profile settings
Change email, password, and other account details for learners and parents.
Account settings
Signed-in accounts can open Settings. The Account tab is where you update your name, change your password, and manage your data. The Preferences tab controls theme, sound, and notifications.
Changing your name and password
From the Account tab, update your first and last name, or set a new password. If you’re signed out and forgot your password, use the Forgot password link on the login page to get a reset email.
Parent-managed changes
For under-13 accounts, some actions are handled by a parent or guardian rather than the learner. If an option isn’t available, a parent may need to make the change from their own account.
Updating email
Where email changes are supported, you’ll find them in the Account tab. If email is locked on an account, contact hello@bigthinkers.ai and we can help verify ownership before making a change.
