Trouble signing in
Fix common login issues, password resets, and session problems.
Check the basics first
- Confirm you are using the correct email address for the account.
- Make sure caps lock is off when entering your password.
- Try signing in from Login in a private/incognito window to rule out browser extensions.
Reset your password
Use the Forgot password link on the login page. We send a reset link to the email on file. Check spam folders if it does not arrive within a few minutes.
Parent vs student account
Parents and students have separate accounts. If you land somewhere unexpected after signing in, confirm you’re using the right account and email for who you are (parent or student).
